This is our go-to for movies. We have the Regal Unlimited and try to get to at least 2 movies per month. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The theater is clean but doesn’t have the recliner seats I have seen in other Regals. The snack bar is great, the only drawback is they don’t have Icees.
Wasn't bad. It was a little smaller than I expected but was good. Didn't like the fact that the pretzel didn't come with cheese and the menu board said extra cheese & the price (leading to cheese coming with it & that was the price if you wanted extra cheese)
Contact support about regal unlimited, charging me for the last 5 months even though i cancelled. I have been going to the movies and paying normal prices. They said I did not cancel, and that even though the account shows I have not been using it, they will not provide any sort of refund, because it's clearly stated online. Terrible customer service, and the theater was average at best. They said they care about our patronage, that's a lie. Very terrible, I will not be going to Regal anytime soon, Montana drive in from now on. I will also be recommending my friends and family to stay away from regal.
Tullahoma Regal Cinema located on 2221 N Jackson Street has 8 screens in a clean, well maintained facility. There is always a great selection of the latest films at a reasonable price. Seniors get a discount, just ask for it. You can also get discounts on concessions through the Regal App. Just be sure to show your code for every purchase (tickets and concessions). You can buy tickets online or at the door. See you at the movies!
One of the worst surround sound systems in a movie theater I have ever been too sadly it was just remodeled a couple years ago you would think it would have the best. Sadly from now on. We'll travel to murfreesboro for a better movie experience
The movie experience was decent until halfway through the movie when we could start hearing explosions and gunfire through the wall from the theater next to us. I also noticed that there were very many ceiling panels missing in the theater which gave a very derelict atmosphere
Bought our tickets online. Easy access once we arrived and the staff was very polite and helpful, especially since we haven't been to a theater in years. The restrooms were clean and stocked. We'll definitely be going more often.
Floor was dirty. No reclining seats. Whole theater has not been updated in years crackling from the speakers and shared armrest
